You should not need to add anything to improve the fit of your cap, if it has been put on correctly and the cap size is appropriate for you. Please watch our How-To videos on putting on the cap, to ensure you are getting the optimal fit. However, if you are concerned about the size of your cold cap, please speak to your clinical team who will be able to assist.
