You do not need to keep your scalp cool between treatments. There is no benefit in terms of hair retention in keeping your scalp cool outside of the treatment session. It is fine to exercise, use a sauna, wear a hat or anything else that may cause your scalp to be warm in between scalp cooling treatments. If your hair does become greasy from sweat, please ensure you’re still sticking to washing your hair no more than twice a week.
