I have paid for my scalp cooling treatment, however I haven't received my cap kit yet, what should I do?

If you have paid for your scalp cooling treatment, but have not yet received your cap kit, please contact the Paxman Hub if it has been more than 48 hours since confirmation of payment. If it has been less than 48 hours since confirmation of payment, please ensure you are available to answer any calls from the Pharmacy who will ring to organize delivery of your cap kit.
