Unfortunately, you cannot receive a refund from Paxman because Paxman didn’t receive any payment from you or your insurance company. Your treatment center billed and received payment from your insurance company. If you paid any copayments or coinsurance, it is unlikely that your treatment center will refund you, but you are free to request it.
