In addition, please speak to your clinical team as they may have a spare cap for you to use in the meantime. In regards to your cap kit supplies - many hospitals will have the appropriate supplies that you will need to prepare your hair for scalp cooling. It may be worth bringing along your own conditioner anyway. You are ideally looking for a product that is paraben, sulphate, perfume and colour free. You may also benefit from bringing your own soft stretchy headband to protect your forehead and ensure that scalp cooling is as comfortable an experience as possible.
