Once your payment for scalp cooling has been processed by the Paxman Hub, the Paxman Pharmacy will attempt to call you via the supplied contact number to organize shipment of your cap kit. Please ensure you are available and allow up to 48 hours to receive this call. If you have not been contacted after 48 hours, please contact the Paxman Hub.
