The Paxman receipt is provided to patients treated at healthcare facilities that do not directly bill patients’ insurance companies for scalp cooling. It contains the patient’s number of treatments, total amount paid and diagnosis code(s).
Paxman cannot change or record any additional information on the receipt, including administration or other codes. This is because Paxman is a manufacturer and does not provide medical services.
