If your hair tangles during scalp cooling, apply a spray in conditioner or detangling spray, then gently attempt to brush out the tangles. Start at the bottom of the hair and ensure the you hold your hair near the root to prevent any tugging or tension on the follicle. This is usually an easier process with some help and may take some patience. If you really struggle, it may be worth a conversation with an experienced hairdresser who is aware of your situation to see if they can help.
