Some insurance companies are unaware of the two CPT codes used in scalp cooling: CPT 0662T and CPT 0663T. If your healthcare facility is able to bill your insurance company, they will bill these two codes.

If you are being treated at a healthcare facility where you pay Paxman directly for scalp cooling, you may submit your receipt to your insurance company. The company will then determine your coverage.
